Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payments
Payments must be done in FULL before we ship, unless otherwise stated at the product options (for example when we request a down-payment only and the balance will be paid upon collection at an event).
Payments can be transacted SECURELY through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal (which includes, Visa, MasterCard & American Express), bank transfer, BITCOIN, Alipay, DBS Paylah! and interest FREE installment plan. Read MORE about payment methods.

Prices are NETT, since our company is NOT GST registered.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping to address in Singapore, Hong Kong or Macau only.
We will ship within 6 working days to any address in Singapore, unless otherwise stated at the product options (for example when Customer selects 'self-collection').
We will use SpeedPost Priotity  to send to Hong Kong & Macau and do not accept any responsibility for delays due to custom inspection.
Shipping charge will automatically apply depending on weight*. Orders from S$150 will be shipped FREE in Singapore only. 
Shipping to RESIDENTIAL address only*.
* Surcharge $10 for CBD/Sentosa and surcharge $100 for any address where our delivery staff has to register for an official security check point.

Collections

For selected products, we allow for collections in our warehouse, upon prior mutual agreement & arrangement of date & time ONLY. Our warehouse address is 
158 Kallang Way, Safekeep Building, #03-15B, 349245 Singapore (car park available and please enter from the main entrance next to Backstage Cafe).

Ltd., to send a newsletter from time to time if the user HAS REGISTERED ON THIS WEBSITE. Special Offers
We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see our choice and opt-out below.

Site and Service Updates
We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.

Warranty, Returns & Replacements

We sell products from AUTHORISED distributors only; NO parallel imports. Original warranty is granted by the supplier of the product or service under its prevailing terms & conditions unless otherwise stated. Returns are NOT accepted after we have delivered the product.
In principle, any request for a refund AFTER customer has received the goods will NOT be entertained. Exceptions can be made at the sole discretion of the Company's Management, for example when customer has received the goods but a complication has arisen during pregnancy so customer may not need the goods. The Company will only consider to make such exception if the goods have NOT been used and they are complete with the original packaging.

Cancellations

Only before the product is delivered to you, you can cancel your order by sending a message. Click 'Contact Us' at the bottom of each page to open a contact form. You can also cancel when we have not delivered the product within the 6 working days, unless it was stated otherwise in the product options.
